Attention!
Step 1
Cardboard bends easily. Follow instruction for best assembly results. Always pluck out of cardboard sheet via the edges and bend at the bend lines.
Step 2
Remove the wrapper along the edges without lifting the cardboard.
Step 3
Remove the tape from the window.
Step 4
With one hand under using fingers, press along the edge upwards. With the other hand or thumb on top, hold still or press down. Always try to do this along the edges of the part. Avoid lifting the sheet too high.
Step 5
Remove the inner pieces of the parts. See yellow highlight for areas to remove.
Step 6
Bend at the 3 bend lines.
Step 7
Bend at the 7 bend lines. Pinch the edge of the 5 arcs to help insert into their respective slots later.
Step 8
Push the arcs one at a time a little into their slots to get it started. Then push around a little at a time until it is flush with the base.
Step 9
Bend the arc tabs back as shown.
Step 10
Bend and press along edge.
Step 11
Slide the end with two tabs through the hole to flush with back surface. Then bend the tabs back. Place on surface and press around the edge.
Step 12
Place this part on. Work way around the wall to fit the piece in between by pulling the wall outward if needed. Then press along the edges to make a good fit.
Step 13
Place this part on. Carefully move the wall inward a little at a time as you go around pushing gently the part in. Then little at a time, push around near the inner edge if possible until the part is flush to the base. Then press along the inner edge to ensure fit.
Step 14
Take the part with the longer tab. Insert into the hole that goes through the base. Then bend tab bac as shown. Repeat this step for the other same part for the opposite slot.
Step 15
Take the part with no tab and insert. Repeat this step for the opposite slot.
Step 16
Slide the part to reach the first two tops. Align the tops and wedge them into the slots.
Step 17
Push the part to the last two tops. Align the tops and push the part as the tops go through the slots. Align until the tops are flush with the surface of the part.
Step 18
Bend at the two bend lines. Give the edges a good press.
Step 19
Bend at the bend line. Give the edge a good press.
Step 20
Bend at the 2 bend lines. Give the edges a good press.
Step 21
Bend at the 2 bend lines. Give the edges a good press.
Step 22
Bend at the 3 bend lines. Give the edges a good press.
Step 23
Place assembly through circle and fold the two sides to interlock.
Step 24
Fold the sides and place in tabs. Squeeze press (pinch like) the bottom back to prevent the flap from popping the tabs back out.
Step 25
Wrap around window to align tabs with slots. Insert window tabs in the following order: Top, bottom, middle.
Step 26
With the door facing the front, rest the window bottom on the base.
Step 27
Press tabs into slots starting with the ones next to the door.
Step 28
Bend at the bend lines.
Step 29
Slightly bend entire length of the crown.
Step 30
If choose to decorate top of crown with lollipops, best to pilot the holes now with a small diameter shaft. Tilt in and twist in method for best results.
Step 31
Position crown ring as shown. Interlock and wrap around the tab and press. Wrap the remaining 3 tabs around and press.
If the interlock loosens itself, tighten as shown.
Step 32
Position to align slots with tops. Press down. Align with slots and press. Make sure the crown ring is outside the wall when pressing. Use the pinch/pull method for the final push to get the two gaps to appear.
Step 33
Check to make sure the wall is in the ring. Any movement of the walls can pop the bottom wall tabs out. You would need to place them back in if so.
If wall is behind the crown tab, move tab up and pop the wall back and then secure the tab back in.
Step 34
Align this part with the two gaps and press in.
Step 35
Place the knob discs on the top square shaft.
Step 36
Optional to straighten door via minor bending adjustments.
Step 37
Pilot holes for lollipops. Best to use a small shaft. Use tilt in and twist down method. Only pilot holes that will use a lollipop.
Step 38
Turn the other direction if stuck.
